John has been a softball coach for over 10 years. Alongside owning and operating several successful businesses in Northern Arizona over the last 16 years, he decided to start coaching when his oldest daughter starting playing and feel in love with the game. He is a strong communicator and leader. He invests a ton of time into studying the game and continues to expand his knowledge. He grew up playing baseball and now loves the game of softball more. He is a great motivator and meets the girls and team where they are at and creates a plan to continually move them forward towards their goals.
